1 medium zuchini, cutinto 1/4 inch slices
1 medium yellow summer squash cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 cup sliced onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbso Parmesan cheese
Saute zucchin, squash, and onion in oil until crisp-tender. Add tomato,
salt, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with
