1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 lb lean ground beef

Beat egg and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Mold into an 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
