I made this last night. It was sooooooooo good !
2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1-2 T. mustard
1c. shredded cheese of choice
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken thighs in 9x13 pan. Mix mao, mustard and cheese
together. Place a slice of ham on each piece of chicken. Spread mao mixture over
top and bake for 30-45 min.
You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients to your own taste. I
tried this with chicken breasts, but it wasn't nearly as tender or juicy.
