What is Infant Massage?
Infant massage is a powerful tool to build and establish a long-lasting relationship with your baby and you. The commitment you make with each loving stroke is to use touch to nurture, revitalize, and build trust. It is time spent with your child to calm yourself, connect with your baby and assist your baby in being "in touch" with his/her own body.

Research indicated 15 minutes of massage daily on babies showed significant advantages in weight gain and mental and motor development over infants that had not received massage. Sleep patterns showed a marked change in longer duration and deeper sleep. Massaging your infant has a profound affect on your baby's well-being and disposition.
